Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, and safely packaged in its original wrapping. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@vyrii.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions at info@vyrii.uk.
Please note that many of our products are handmade, and natural variations in colour, shape or finish are normal and not considered faults.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can put it right. In these situations, we will cover the cost of the return.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards, personalised or custom-made items, or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened where this has been clearly stated.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item or receiving proof that it has been posted. Refunds are made to your original payment method. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the standard delivery cost. Express or upgraded delivery charges and return postage are not refunded unless the item was faulty.
Please note that this return and refund policy applies exclusively to products sold directly by Vyrii. For items purchased from independent Ukrainian creators featured on our platform, all return and refund arrangements are made directly between the buyer and the creator. Vyrii is not a party to these transactions and cannot process returns, refunds or disputes on behalf of third-party creators.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under UK consumer law.
