We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours and details may look different on your screen depending on your device and settings. Handmade items may vary slightly in colour, shape, or finish. This is part of their character.
We may update product descriptions, prices, or availability at any time, and we may discontinue products without notice.
Some product descriptions or imagery may be created or enhanced using digital tools, including AI, to support clarity and presentation. This does not change the nature of the physical items you receive.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Vyrii reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Vyrii confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before we can accept your order. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Vyrii may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time. The price you pay will be the one shown at checkout and confirmed in your order email. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, taxes, or any customs or import charges.

Product designs and creative works remain the intellectual property of their respective makers and artists.
Visual and design outputs created using AI-assisted tools developed within Vyrii are considered Vyrii creative outputs and remain our intellectual property.
“Vyrii” is our brand name and may not be used without permission.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. These sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. If you choose to visit any third-party site, you do so at your own discretion and should review their terms and privacy policies.
Vyrii also showcases independent Ukrainian artists, makers and creatives through our directory. These creators are independent third parties. All purchases, payments, delivery arrangements and negotiations for their goods are made directly between the buyer and the creator. Vyrii facilitates these connections as a discovery platform only and is not a party to any transaction. We accept no responsibility for product quality, sales, delivery or any disputes arising between buyers and creators.
SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Vyrii is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Vyrii. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Vyrii, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Vyrii .

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

SECTION 12 - USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Vyrii uses artificial intelligence in the following areas:
Product and collection descriptions. Product descriptions may be drafted or refined using AI writing tools. The creative concepts, stories and details that inform all descriptions originate with Vyrii.
Digital artwork. Some digital artworks available on this website are created using AI-based tools developed by Vyrii. These outputs are considered original Vyrii creative works and remain our intellectual property. See Section 6.
Presentation and lifestyle imagery. Product images on this website may be placed into lifestyle or interior settings using third-party AI tools, for presentation purposes only. These images are illustrative. They do not represent the physical product or its packaging and should not be taken as an exact representation of how a product will appear in any given setting.
SECTION 13 - STOCKISTS
Vyrii works with a small number of stockists who sell our products through their own retail or online channels. This section sets out the terms that apply to those relationships and to customers purchasing Vyrii products through a stockist.
Stockists are independent businesses and are not agents, partners or representatives of Vyrii. They are not authorised to make any representations or commitments on our behalf.
Stockists are responsible for presenting Vyrii products accurately and with reasonable care. Where Vyrii provides approved product descriptions, photography or branding materials for use, stockists should use these in good faith and must not alter, misrepresent or rebrand any Vyrii product.
The Vyrii name, logo and brand assets may not be used by stockists in any way that implies a formal partnership, endorsement or affiliation beyond the stockist relationship, without prior written consent from Vyrii.
Any returns, exchanges, refunds or disputes arising from a purchase made through a stockist are a matter between the customer and the stockist directly. Vyrii's own Refund Policy does not extend to third-party retail sales.
Vyrii accepts no liability for how products are stored, handled, displayed or sold once they have been transferred to a stockist.
