Shipping policy

For products made and held by Vyrii in the UK, we handle all shipping directly from the UK. For independent Ukrainian creators featured on our platform, shipping is arranged directly between the buyer and the creator. Vyrii has no involvement in third-party delivery arrangements.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service, and any dates shown are estimates only. Delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or courier issues are outside of our control.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot refund or replace orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@vyrii.uk.  We will follow the courier’s investigation process before offering a replacement or refund.
